How To Book Counselling
The easiest way to arrange counselling is to ring us direct, at a convenient time to talk.
Our initial phone conversation is free, and from there we can discuss the options available, and set up our initial face to face meeting, if desired.
There’s no obligation to proceed with counselling – it’s important that you feel comfortable working with us, and likewise, us with you.
This ensures you get the most out of your counselling time.
Appointment Times
Bookings for counselling sessions face-to-face are usually available from 9am-9pm Mon-Fri.
Our phone lines are usually open during these same hours.
Some of our counsellors also work weekends, depending on specifics.
Appointments outside these hours are by arrangement with your counsellor direct.
Our goal is to enable you fast access to therapeutic help, typically within 72hrs.
Sessions are usually weekly, and last around 50 minutes.
Location
Our counsellors are normally self-employed and work in multiple clinics and locations in central Newcastle.
To preserve confidentiality, we can arrange the most convenient clinic location for your sessions, when you call.
